Regional Manager for MFA’s Region 4
Region 4 covers all of the Missouri Bootheel and stretches south to Clay County Arkansas. MFA's Region 4 represents a great diversity in agriculture to include corn, soybeans, wheat, cotton, rice and a number of produce crops in the sandy soils of the Mississippi delta, including watermelon, cantaloupe, potatoes and others.
Accountable to: Vice President, Agri Services
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
The objective of this position is to assure the assigned region meets the needs of the changing agricultural economy and marketplace. Achieve targeted market share in all product lines and secure maximum operational effectiveness and profitability of the assigned region.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
1. Must have ten years of agriculture industry experience and excellent management skills, including financial aptitude, interpretational skills, marketing, merchandising and credit administration.
2. Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Mid South market conditions.
3. Must have a thorough understanding of the agricultural industry including understanding of crop production and understanding of feed and livestock production.
4. Must have general product knowledge and understanding of the facilities and equipment of Agri Service Centers and bulk fertilizer plants.
5. Prefer the successful applicant live or be willing to relocate to the primary market area.

Highly successful agricultural equipment company needs a Precision Ag Specialist responsible for sales, installation and troubleshooting of Precision Ag Equipment. Candidates must possess technical knowledge and have experience with Precision Ag Products. Experience with Raven Products including Envizio, Viper, Accuboom, and Autosteer is preferred. Knowledge of RTK is a plus. Candidates must also be excellent communicators, highly organized, and able to follow through with a variety of daily demands.
