Jim Russell Foundation Scholarship
The Jim Russell Foundation gives three college agriculture students $1,500 scholarships each year. Applications are sent out in August to all Missouri universities with ag programs and are available on our website. Applications are due October 1 of each year and rewarded to the student during the spring semester of the following year.
Requirements:
1. Must be attending a 4-year college in the state of Missouri.
2. Must be a college sophomore, junior or senior.
3. Must be majoring in a field related to agriculture.
4. Must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
5. Must not have received the Jim Russell Foundation or Dean Warnstaff Foundation Scholarship in a prior year
* High school seniors and college freshman should not apply. This is because the older students have so much more experience, making it hard for younger students to compete with years of activities.
2012 Application (Due October 1, 2011; awarded for Spring 2012 semester)
